Education
had an important place in Mother Javouhey's work. Even before
she became a Religious, she taught the village children and
opened schools in neighbouring villages. She believed that
each human person had unlimited potential and that this
potential was best developed through cooperation. Education
has an important place in the activities of the Sisters
of Saint Joseph of Cluny today and cooperation and respect
for human dignity are the hallmarks of a Cluny school. We
aim to :
|
 |
Reveal
God,respect what each person has within.
|
 |
Educate
sensitively and kindly. |
 |
Develop
and form personalities, develop the human being in every
aspect. |
 |
Teach
how to share,to welcome the other person with his differences. |
 |
Give
a sense of work,of its value. |
 |
We
wish each student to be rooted in their own particular
culture and open to the universal.
